Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged items (not caused by delivery issues) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Blind Box Return Policy

Sealed Condition Required:

  • Blind box products must remain sealed with their original plastic film.

  • Opened, tampered, or unsealed blind boxes will not be accepted for return or refund.

Reason for This Policy:

  • Blind boxes are collectible items, and their value depends on remaining unopened and untampered.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide photographs of the item(s) and packaging to confirm eligibility.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

  • Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to exchanges.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will not be accepted if the package has already been shipped.
